Zanthor's Quest Broadcaster (Beta)

been using ZB for a while now at 70 and I notice it works prety much flawlessly there, but I notice that at low level (i just started a new group of 4 locks + shaman) it doesn't work as smoothly.

Example:
- 1 npc with only 1 quest, all click npc, main clicks & accepts quest, no problem

-1 npc with 2 quests, all click npc, main clicks on 1 of the 2 quests, but the alts don't follow. If I click on the quest I want on every character, and then continue from my main, it does work.

Is this a bug or some simple expenation for it or so? Not sure if i'm doing anything wrong.

hey,

yes this is a bug in ZQB. I noticed while implementing the same function to MultiBoxer. There are some more API functions need to be hooked in ZQB. Mostly lowlevel quest givers uses this kind of API.

Just drag it into the box it adds to your vendor screen and voila it will pick it up for you from then on. With its option to just buy stuff from your list + Falkor's autoloot type macro thingy means you can have it instantly grab your shopping list on all your alts...

Hi is there any possible chance we can get an update on this please? As I am also having some trouble using it.

I've installed it, ace2, and also the mutliboxer addon that was recommended as well. But so far nada.

Would someone be so kind to tell if I'm missing something - is there anything I'm supposed to have set up at all?

The only glitch so far is that *often* one or two of my guys will go flying off somewhere else. The worst so far was intending to fly from EPL to WPL and two of them ended up in Rebel Camp. It's possible that they don't all have the same set of flightpaths, which I guess is a contributary factor.

Lol, yup had the same problem. Flew from Shat to Stonebreaker, pressed my follow key, "?? why are they not following?"
Happens the 2 clones had landed in Swamprat >.<

There is no logic on the flight paths at this time, if Toon1 has 20 flight paths and Toon2 has 10, they may not line up numerically (1 may be 1, but 3 may be 5) and what happens is... off to the wild blue. The way I'm currently handling flight paths is event based, which basically means that the master has already left the ground before the slaves get the message to go... I'll have to see if I can find a string based flight path reference in that event.

That would absolutely be the icing on the cake for me. I've never had it go wrong when I use it for bombing runs though, which is where this mod really saves me time
