When I was setting up my ISBoxer configuration initally, one problem I had just when logging is was that this appeared in a red message: "ISBoxer: F11 is bound to MULTIACTIONBAR1 BUTTON11. ISBoxer is overriding this binding"

I did not care about that, and simply did not use F11 for that button anymore, and allowed ISBoxer to "steal" F11. Now I actually want it back, and thought I would go and fix that. So when I press F11 I notice that my main character follows my current target if possible. I looked in ISBoxer and found: Key maps -> Variable keystrokes -> "Follow FTL" which was bound to F11. (Yay, I win.) Looking at what it seems to do, I decided that I don't need it at all. So I removed that binding, saved, exported to innerspace (even restarted) and reloaded my team.

No difference, F11 is still used by ISBoxer and still makes me follow the current target. I tried to instead bind it to another key, but still its F11 it's all about.
What am I missing or doing wrong here?
For World of Warcraft, the only Variable Keystrokes that ISBoxer uses are for movement, and Interact with Target. What you're looking for is the /follow {FTL} macro which is stored with the rest of the macros in the Game Helper section.

If you decide to choose a new key for the follow macro, and it's not a key which is clear of other in-game key bindings (including modifiers), then you could break ISBoxer's follow function altogether.
