So you won't accidentally initiate any unwanted movement commands when you broadcast to all windows, for example. Or so you won't have to deal with CTM when you tab to another client for a moment to do something there. ISBoxer enables CTM before it sends the IWT, and then disables it again.

I find it very convenient, as I don't need CTM enabled for anything besides the moment I want to send an ITW command to my slaves. Thanks to this, all clients behave the exact same way when I broadcast to them or when I control them individually, and I don't don't have to take into account that slaves have CTM active while my master does not.
