Whats your gear level? I've downed a few bosses but not an entire dungeon.

My previous team of 3 hunters are all 725ish with 4 set bonus. Legendary ring 795, 774 and 768. I would say they are standing for most of the dps.
The 2 others are 710-715ish and the ring stage which procs incandescense at times (690). No set bonus at all, which is extra troublesome because they are always out of sync because of aimed cast bar.
One of my weakest I can sometimes respec to BM (the one who has "Tanky"), since the dps is reduced 30% anyway with the loss of Lone Wolf in MM. As BM the turtle can draw even more aggro and have some additional survivability.
For the videos i made so far ive gone all MM tho.
Many encounters are just doable because of having just the right amount of dps for killing the boss before things actually start to happen

Well the first "Goldy" one was actually single main for WoD before I even created the 2 others, so it was geared.
When I went 3-box I geared them up with baleful etc, doing the quests there as a group. Then I had 3 crafted epics and some gear from HFC normal before i started doing HFC Hc, one at a time.
HFC normal can be multiboxed, only a few bosses being abit hard to nail the mechanics. In HC one would have to spend too much focus just not dying/failing, and therefore loose alot of dps. So its just more comfortable to go single all the way.
Now with the latest pvp season giving 700iLvl pvp, its just faster to skip baleful, and get full pvp instead. Single there also, you can't even follow in BG.

So for the 2 latest additions I went:

[700pvp(some 710) preferably during bonus honor weekend + 3 craftables(atleast weapon and 1 trinket)] ->
[(current stage) HFC HC + myth dungeons + anything to advance legendary ring quest (Blackrock foundry atm)]

To get accepted in HC HFC pugs with full pvp gear you will need curve from a main, and probably refer to your main for killed bosses. Once you are in the raid one can easily maintain fair dps in all fights as a hunter , if you know the class
(would hold off on archi a while tho, unless you find some group who dont mind boosting a little)

I havent looked very much at the changes for legion. Looked at some site which said MD would still be in the game, but only for MM and BM. Or maybe we cant misdirect the pets or something?
