I always video feed my spellbars to my mains window, makes it easy to see when someone has stopped casting.

Same here, but all I see is a bar; it doesn't tell me which spell is being cast. Is that something I'm missing?
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)

I use the addon quartz (always have). That shows the cast time/remaining for the cast, red for the latency at the end and the name/icon for the spell.

My cast bars are large (490 x 43 pixels) and then I feed them to the main at 234x21

ISBOXER is an insanely powerful tool, it makes me sad in the face when people use it as a simple key broadcaster.
Everyone should definitely jump in and try and make some direct macros instead of using gnome-sequencer.

I'm happy to help with specific questions though \o/
