Hey everyone, I have an issue and any ideas or advice would really help.
I have been running 5 clients off of my PC. CPU phenom II X2 560 / GPU R7 370 . I have one version running on high settings and four versions running on the lowest settings. The performance is fine, I have absolutely no slow down or lag of any kind. The problem is that my CPU gets to around 100 C and then shuts off.
It is really weird because the CPU idles at 40 C and goes to 70 C when I run any other game. It also seems to get hotter when I start an instance. The vast majority of my crashes have been in an instance. When I am just running around in the world it usually hangs around 80 ~ 85 C.
It's really weird right? My bios has a cpu thermal throttle option, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I doubt replacing the thermal paste on my CPU will do anything because it is just WoW that is acting up.
Any ideas?
