    Default MultiBoxing again!

Alright, so I'm getting back into multi-boxing after about 1 1/2 year break and am going to be 5 boxing again. What I'm really trying to decide on is my tank and healer. DPS I'm not too worried about but the tank and heals are a more important decision. My first question though, how are priests as multibox healers these days (primarily talking about leveling, won't really be doing endgame).

If they are any good which is the better choice? Holy or Disc?

    Thanks in advance!

Right at the moment everything is easy mode, 5 of anything can do anything. If you have heirlooms you can watch TV and spam your dps key with your foot and do OK. Since you enjoy leveling I would level up teams of 5 of each class. Then when Legion hits and they change the flavor of the month you're all set.

As for healers, Disc priest seems to be the easiest to box for me. You keep everyone healed up while DPS'ing and just click a bubble or something once in awhile.

But again if you're just leveling you wont need that. Keep everyone in DPS spec or it will take longer.

As JohnG says, heirlooms trivialize things. I use my priests as disc so I can DPS while I'm not actively trying to heal something, which is exceedingly rare.

Great. Thanks! My main plan is to just run instances as a normal 5 man group and I just wanted to be sure that a priest (preferably disc) would be a good choice. I've only used Resto Druid or Resto Shaman as my multi box healers before. Now as for tank, I'm not sure what to choose. I'm thinking either warrior or druid but..meh. I don't know.

There's a glyph that lets disc priests cast Penance while moving, which will help if things are getting a bit nuts.

In case all of this wasn't already in your knowledge toolbag for disc priesting: http://www.noxxic.com/wow/pve/priest/discipline

Some interesting data on stat choices that isn't immediately obvious (or wasn't to me until a few minutes ago...lol).

That's the funnest way to level, doing dungeons at the level they were intended for. Still really easy since heirlooms and stat squish stuff but fun. A few snags along the way, outlands dungeons get too repetitive so you might go quest for a bit here and there.

As for your tank choices, nobody really complains about boxing any of the tanks this expansion. I'm running Pali this time, others loving the mobility of the warrior tank, and I forget why people love the bear and the brewmaster.

But if you want a generalized rank of tanks. I'd say Palis then warriors are the easiest to box, dks and brewmasters the toughest.

    Edit:
Here is a general idea about the different tanks, referring to solo players but helpful to boxers.
    Warriors: Mobility & Offensive Utility
    Paladins: Healing & Defensive Utility
    Druids: Evasion & Flexibility
Death Knights: Self-healing & Personal Defenses
    Monks: Self-healing & Evasion
Here is a link to the pros and cons of each tank. Again its about solo players but useful to boxers.

Awesome, thanks for all your help! I think I'm gonna go with a Pally since I haven't done that one before.
