I've actually opened several GM tickets for zombie behavior like this when dealing with auctions posted by specific people. They keep bidding on items until they reach a specific price point and then never bid again. Same people's auctions, the same items for over a week; no matter what time of the day (one day I checked at random during every half hour for 27 hours) they outbid me within 2 seconds of my bid. Too bad it hasn't been dealt with yet and is going on two weeks. It truly is a new rehash of bottomfeeder in whatever combo they are using.
