I am looking to have a character on account 2 follow character on account 1. I'm going to level a new character and want a "bodyguard." I do not want them to be in a party as I'll not get exp from kills. I just want the main near by with a get out of jail hit, or if I must fight an elite or named/rare mob on a quest, account 2 can help.

*I'd like to control a second character out of party to act as a bodyguard and if I get into trouble have the ability to strike a key and character two assists focus character (save my butt).

How can I do this? I'm hoping Jamba can do this

Jamba alone will not give you this functionaly. Jamba mainly deals with "quality-of-life" type things, such as taking the same flight paths, accepting/turning in quests, etc.

What you need is multiboxing software. I.e: a program that will allow you send to commands to both/specific game windows. What you are describing can be achieved with any of the common ones out there. ISBoxer does make things a bit easier as it handles a lot of the assist/follow functionality for you, but free alternatives such as Hotkeynet will work fine as well.

How exactly you would set this up is very dependant on the software you choose to use, and what you wish to do with your characters, so I won't go in to detail on that without knowing more of the specifics.
