There seems to be a new tool that creates lag.. there actually is a new tool.. someone is already banned for it.
Maybe alot of people use it..
I hope this is the issue...

To answer on Ughmahedhurtz:
I would prefer to run on normal resolution..
So if i would purchase the cpu i mentioned, would this resolve the problem?
