My loot setup consists of a two-step Mapped Key which executes IWT on press, and on release does a /run CloseLoost() macro.

I like this idea, going to try it out, was not aware of this macro. Do you have to spam the key?

Yeah, I usually have to hit it a few times (usually 2-3), and I always watch the loot log to make sure all characters have looted what they need (regarding things like quest items).

Of the ones I've tried, this seems to be the most forgiving of..."glitchy" interactions. Though I'm still going to see if I can work in Fetch and/or Loot-a-rang. Fetch I have on my hunters, but Loot-a-rangs are hard to come by on my server, apparently.

I consider the Loot-A-Rang a must have item. It requires WoD mats to make so it should be easy to find an engineer to craft it.

The one you want is called Findle's Loot-A-Rang.

Yep, and like I says, the mats are all being used for other stuff. I'll check again Saturday/Sunday when the AH is a bit busier. And I do have an engineer that I'm spending cooldowns on to generate mats. Worst case, it'll be a few weeks before I have a few.
