Highly unlikely. There is no lock-on targeting, and I'm not even sure that follow exists in the game. There are no actual tanks (although some classes can act more like a tank than others), as well as no actual healers.

However, on their stream they answered a question that you wouldn't be able to run the game client multiple times on the same machine, at the same time. This sounded like it was merely an artificial limitation put into place like several other games that we can multibox on the same machine (D3, SWToR, etc). They talked about multiboxing for a moment, and how some of them had multiboxed in the past, but didn't feel that BnS was a game that could benefit from it, so it probably wouldn't be worth it.

I'll try and find that VOD on their stream after I get control of my internet back, but they didn't say that you couldn't multibox the game if you so choose to.
