Default Lock up issues on new pc

    Hello,

I am having some issues, with my new PC, was working fine, x5 boxing and x6 boxing, but alot now when I go somewhere, example to the Jungle, it random freezes up, all wow clients, actually the whole PC, for a short time, then it works again fine. Happens randomly but a fair bit.

Also same with my web browser, I only use fire fox, and after a while, it will lock up, then come good.

I was also having at times, problem with display driver issues, but I updated the drivers, and that only happens now and then, but still does at times.

What could be issue here ?

    My pc is:

    Intel 6 Core i7-5820K
    Samsung 840 EVO 250g SSD - 90gig free space
    GTX 970
    m/b Ausrock X99 Extreme4

When that happened to me the blizzard downloader was running in the background on all 5 in taskmanager.. I closed them and then launched wow on one account via the battle.net launcher and updated .. then it was fine.

I have a new PC that was working fine until a couple days ago and it started randomly freezing the computer.

Only in WoW. Its always when entering a dungeon during the loading screen, and get an error something like "Unable to load skin". It closes the one window and the rest lock up and I have to force shut down.

Like you I also get the occasional display driver quit working message, it always recovers though. I have an i7-4790K and a GTX 980.

The last time I had "random" crap like that going on, it was bad RAM. Go find Prime95 and run it in torture test mode and see if it does the same thing. If it doesn't, that might indicate video card issues.
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)
