Don't use ISBoxer if you can help it though, its not safe to use it regardless of what you do with it, maybe a year later when we have proper answers to some questions

People are still using ISBoxer without issue in EVE Online. Please stop spreading false information.

I am also sure it is not safe to use ISBoxer, not that they would get banned

In the same way I am sure some people get into steel cages in seas swarming with sharks, however I am allowed to say that it definitely is "NOT SAFE" to do so

You're specifically calling out ISBoxer as the one piece of third-party software which isn't "safe" to use, when it's clear that CCP technically doesn't allow any third-party software to be used, including features built into the Windows operating system for individuals with disabilities.
