Default Ideal group for T6 farming.

    Hi guys,

just upped to 4 D3 accounts, currently boosting a set of WD's through story mode to unlock adventure mode.

Then I'll be starting season 2. What would you say is the best class x 4 for easy xp & shard farming? Not really into GR's yet, just want a team that could get me to para 400 relatively painlessly lol.

I like WD's, would pet doctors clear T6 easily or should I go monk/wizard?

    Cheers

This isn't an answer to your question, but just something I wanted to mention given you stated you're boosting characters through story mode to unlock adventure mode. Unless I misunderstood what you're doing, there is a trick that might save you a lot of time.

The way I did this is to have a character on my original account start the quest for killing Maltheus, and have the other three join that. One boss kill later, adventure mode was unlocked for the three accounts I had added, without the need to go through the entire story on those accounts. Mind you, that was on Normal difficulty and you'll still be required to get characters to level 60 on the new accounts in order to unlock higher difficulties.

I'd recommend Demon Hunter (Fire Multishot) or Monk (Fire Tempest Rush) for very quick T6 runs.
You can easily find those builds on Diablofans.

Fastest T6 farming is Condemn Crusader by far. They do retarded damage, they have amazing AoE, perma inmunity to CC, go thru mobs, etc. and they can do GR very good. TR monks are second in place and not Fire cause AoE is horrible. Lightning TR is way better than Fire, but requires better gear to keep up with spirit and still do decent damage. Multishot DH comes third in place, does more damage than the previous options but u have to stop to do the damage while the previous options u only stop to loot.

TR monks only need Sunwuko's and that's 3 pieces + RoRG. DHs need 5 piece Marauder + RoRG (Rucksack is not really mandatory for T6). Condemn Crusaders are the harder to gear cause u need full Akkhan set + Blade of Prophecy + Frydehr's Wrath and focus on high CDR to have perma Akarat's Champion.

My advice. Go with DHs. May take a little while to gear and are not the most efficient compared to the other 2 options, but they are still very fast. Also gearing them is not as hard and slow as other classes. Ranged chars are far easier to gear than melee. Once u get at least 1 DH with M6, u will go several difficulties up instantly if not T6 already. They do so high damage that just 1 can carry the whole party. And ranged rarely suffers from dsync issues, at least not as often as melee. U can always use them to get shards and then switch to gamble with other chars.

I persoanly did Crusaders, Monk, and DH's. I find DHs are the easiest, as you get higher GRift, Monks are ok but will fall behind Crusaders who have multiple death saves which is helpful especially GR36+.

I guarantee you Fire Tempest Rush monks is the fastest. I have the exact same setup as www.twitch.tv/streamerhouse (look at the VODs and watch inigo's setup), you're running so fast through mobs and they die instantly, and for elites you quickly cast Wave of light and off you go again. I used to do Condemn Crusaders before and, while they are also fast, monks are waaaay faster if you're doing it right (copy the Inigo's setup from the link above).

    Cheers guys.

Time to level Monks, DH's & Crusaders in normal mode. Think I'll wait for S3 before starting a season.

Are Wizards really that bad? 4 firebird dots?

The first time I saw someone multiboxing was in Inigo's stream. That's actually what got me multiboxing . So yeah, I'm well aware of his build, yet IMO nothing beats Crusaders. TR monks are very fast, but the perma immunity to CC makes a world of difference. Sure Epiphany helps with CC but u dont have 100% uptime unless u go with dual wield with high CDR. U will always face packs or even white mobs that slow u down (those stupid spider webs, those freezing mobs from act 5, etc) and knock u back or worse fear u. U won't die, but it will slow down your farming cause of the dsyncs. So no, monks are not the fastest at all. Crusaders can keep 100% AC fairly easy and that's 0 CC all the time which means no dsyncs. In ideal situations, without knockback/slow/fear, sure they are the fastest, hands down but that's not the case. Was forgetting Waller ... Crusaders can go thru them too.

As for Fire against Lightning and WoL. Disagree. In close maps sure, its amazing but once u hit open maps its just inefficient. U have to run around a LOT more than with Lightning. With Lightning u get the same as Fire but your AoE is huge in comparison cause of all the little tornados that do decent damage and TR itself which has a 20 yards AoE. And I rather use EP than WoL. I use EP on 3 monks and Implosion in 1 so I can pull pretty much the whole screen and kill it in a single blow. Also, WoL is bad if u use Hexing Pants ... RG and some yellows can take longer than usual, tho T6 is a joke now anyway. Cindercoat is amazing but then u are forced to use another sweeping wind but Fire which sucks, unless u wanna ditch Taeguk. Meaning your sweeping wind will deal less damage, assuming it actually does damage cause of the small vortex. Lightning stacks more damage overall when u TR since u use the same element for EP, TR and SW.

And before u say so, yes Inner Fire is an amazing skill that covers the whole screen, but does very little damage when there's good density. U will rely on your Sunwuko's bonus to kill stuff and that can't cover much area at the same time. Not to mention it only lasts 15 secs and then u will have to run around to kill stuff or start using WoL for high density spread trash.

I've tried all those builds for weeks and Lightning feels more efficient. I kill at the same rate as with Fire, single pass = dead whites, but I can cover a lot more in open maps than with Fire. Also, no Cindercoat = Leoric's Crown for more CDR and less CC risk and more toughness as well cause I can use Desert Shroud.

They aren't bad but with 2.1.2 changes, the other classes feel a lot better. Also, u have no other options than going with Firebird's with Fire as the only viable element.
