It's a bit long, but covers everything I do within ISBoxer.

Can you give a rough number of vfx boxes inside your dxnothing layout? Atm I have upwards of 128 small boxes inside my dxnothing with a 55" 4k monitor and the FPS is horrible, about 12fps.

Trying to track down what's causing it.

    My system atm is dual Xeon 2670 / 780ti x2 / 32gb ram

ISBoxer settings, max fps when in foreground/background? Do you have CPUs assigned to individual game clients/dxnothing windows?

My first DxNothing has exactly 100 vfx feeds and one clickbar with 20 buttons.

My second DxNothing has exactly 102 vfx feeds and two clickbars; one with 4 buttons and one with 20 buttons.

What was demolishing my system was the number of VFX sources in each window. Every time I jigger with my setup I close all of the VFX sources I'm not using to save CPU.

It's only on the dxnothing window that the FPS is horrible... But I'm not running that many more vxf viewers then you are...

Yea I've tried everything, I'm gonna swap to a 27 inch 4k and see if there is an issue pushing the 55 inch screen that's causing the FPS drop

Physical dimensions of the panel do not matter, resolution is what matters, if by dropping to a 27" panel you thought you'd reduce GPU load. Fire up GPU-Z and check what your GPU usage is at.

sorry i wasnt more specific, the resolution is 2560x1440 vs 3840x2160

on either screen, the FPS of my 120 vfx viewer DXNothing window is between 10-15 fps.

Did you change the client resolutions and/or the feed sizes?
