    The problem I have, when listening to this podcast, was they continually brought up the idea of petitioning support

    I can swear, by petitioning with two accounts on slightly similar issues that I received copy paste answers with only a little difference.

    Also the ban petition I put in on the 29th January still has not received an answer

    E: yeah a little bitter, will be putting in a new ticket reasking questions to see how things are, low hopes tho
