I did some pricing a while back when setting up my systems and it looks like about $200 is the cheapest you can get a WoW PC (no monitor, no keyboard, no mouse). About $50 for 512MB of RAM and $30 for a video card and $120 for a barebones PC (motherboard, CPU, hard drive, on-board network/sound).
