I was in the process of writing a more tutorial-style guide for Jamba before WoD and it was a seriously intimidating amount of documentation, especially for people who are already dealing for information overload on how to multibox and set up their chosen software and teams. By the time someone is getting into Jamba, they don't want to spend a whole day configuring dozens of modules to do stuff that they don't really understand.
