Solution: Two step keymap, on press OR release

Step one: Assist, IWT (melee only), and skills
Step two: Assist, Press S (or whatever your 'walk backwards' key is, melee only), and skills

Press button to attack and make your melee move towards the target, release button to attack and stop them - keep in mind if melee is in melee range of the target and you IWT, it just turns them and they don't move. Works GREAT, no runaways, no spinning around the target.

I've been using micromovement for a quite a while, however, mine is Keydown W, Keyup W in the DPS key with a manual IWT. Because WoW sometimes misses keypress/release {especially common with movement keys} I like send both the press and release command, otherwise you can end up with your slaves walking off because they only processed the initiation of the movement, not the termination of it. Using manual IWT instead of spamming it cut my runaways at least in half. I haven't seen a single runaway since I added micromovement/stutter-step to my manual IWT.

I think most people turn off Click to Move to prevent runaways with /console AutoInteract 1/0 when they find it a problem.

There single key press rule it
    press 3 once

    Player cast lighting blot

    sending multiple keypress is

    press 3 once

    /cast lighting
    /cast heal
    /cast lava nuke

with one key press = bad.

thats what blizzard hacks team said to me. its more one action per keypress per window. then one key per window

Where did you read that the castsequence comma system was removed? Is this a planned WoD thing? As far as I can tell, it works fine on live.

I'm pretty sure she tested it out herself in the beta.
