Multiboxing 4x Crusaders: Phalanx Stampede build 2.1

I guess I need to level that toxic gem now - to level 25. I wonder if it's really 40% i.e. additive damage.

Yep, once all 4 hit a target, it gets a 40% debuff. Sure, u don't want to stack additives, but still is fairly high compared to other buffs/debuffs in the same class (BoT, Taeguk, etc.).
