Buying this trinket for my 3-box Shammies would represent an upgrade of +78 if they stack.
Its exactly that... its a TRINKET Not a Totem. IE non beneficial to group members.

EDIT: I'm a noob Didn't read the item description . I don't believe it would stack, but not tested, and would be interesting to know... although I doubt it would stack.
