Healing Rain isn't really even useful in 5man, IMO. In 5 you're not likely to have enough targets that need that much healing, especially with rolling Riptides, Chain Heal and HS already in play. I probably used campfires in dungeons more than HR, but it's no more difficult to use than any other GTAOE. I have it tied to my DK's AMZ for serious "Oh @*($" moments right now, but I can only think of 3 places where I regularly used it, and 1 of them wasn't even in this expansion. If it were more useful, I'd be happy to use it - it would be super easy to tie it into my D&D key and kill another bird with the same stone. But to date, it's not what I'd call an primary tool in my shaman's kit. More like the little Allen wrenches that come with Ikea furniture - has it's place, but useless anywhere else.

So even though trying to send RAF invites is giving me a "try again later, didn't work" error since last night, I could go ahead and make my accounts to set everything up without losing out on RAF?

If you're having issues setting up RAF, you should contact support. They can supposedly tie the accounts to RAF if you're getting errors.
