    Default Travis Day 4-boxes and wormhole added to annoy boxers

    I haven't watched the twitch stream yet, just going from the forum thread so should be interesting to actually hear what Travis says about us

    24:40 Travis day says he 4-boxes lol, need to keep watching to see if he was joking or not but I don't think he was

    at around 1:01:00 he talks about gearing up his 4-box crusaders and the waterfall effect of gearing up guys (pretty much same way I do) so I'm convinced, we now have confirmation at the lead dev for D3 4-boxes so it should be safe for a while

    Super awesome. It's nice to hear a Dev also plays this style.

    And I don't mind Wormhole too much, it's a tradeoff for having the synergy of playing all 4.

    Great catch, and on the first Theorycraft Thursday no less.

    The cool thing about this is that he just kind of threw his 4-boxing out there in off-hand comments, and they all just kind of went with it as something relatively normal to be doing in Diablo 3.

    To be fair though, I think we always knew about the wormhole affix. I mean, who didn't see it coming that they would be aiming some fun/challenging mechanics at multiboxers in RoS?



    This has to make you wonder if they have more surprises coming for us in WoW's WoD expansion. Maybe even something besides disabling auto-follow. Here's to hoping the world PVP zone is fun for multiboxers and everyone else simultaneously!

    Yeah, the way he first through it out there was what made me think he was joking at the start.

    As for challenging in arenas I thought we could. In the video posted in the movies forum about Frenchy vs Swifty it shows a challenge appearing on Swifty's screen for a second match coming from Frenchy it seems. I could br wrong, haven't WoW'd for ages until last night and never really pvp'd but it looks like that was what was happening.

    The playerbase of wow could already do what lax is describing with wargames, but there is no initiative to, since content in wow is not player driven.

    Quite honestly I dont see how wormhole was introduced to annoy multiboxers. It's so easy to avoid, it makes no sense to me that was the objective. Electric/Shockpulse + Nightmarish/Knockback, that is fucking annoying for a multiboxer and those effects are unavoidable compared to wormhole where u can just move a few feet away and it's over. U have to be immune to CC or have great positioning to avoid those combos and with 4x chars is fairly common to at least get 1 char wandering all over the map or even get the whole party dead. Even Frozen is 10 times more annoying than wormhole.

    Still glad to see devs multiboxing.
