Character Sync

Didn´t want to open a new topic because my problem is quite similar.

My problem is, that my main charakter always runs ahead. I´m still boosting my twinks but because i can´t keep ´em synced its a bit of pain in the .....

I removed my movement boots from my main an checked all the other items so no movement bonus and I removed the paragon points for movement and put them in int instead.

So my bet was, my computer is maybe too slow but then when i put on of the twinks on the "mainscreen" (running with 1 big window and 3 small) then my main still runs ahead. I figured out it works when i make 1 moveorder (1 click with the mouse or spacebar) then wait till everyone arrived and then do the next.... But that´s a bit slow....

So has everyone the same "problem" or am I missing something?

I un-merged your post from the other thread because it didn't have anything to do with it, so...

You can look at the individual stats in your character window to see if your main is faster than your other characters. Is that character faster stat-wise? Are your foreground and background FPS the same?

Keep in mind that there is a laundry list of abilities and other effects (nephalem globes, shrines, etc) that cause movement speed increases, but all should be reflected on the character's stat's page while they are active. This might not be obvious with short term effects.

Are the alt's laggy? e.g. stuttering and such, as opposed to smooth? Lag spikes cause all kinds of fun desync issues, but your description doesn't sound like that.

Can you switch which window is the master/top window.
So you're leading with a different character?

If that's the case, is it the current leader that is faster than the others?
Or is it a specific character who, irregardless of being the master/slave, is always the faster character?

edit: I was so curious I just tried it out before work. Well the problem is so obvious I´m ashamed I even asked. As I said I checked my gear and the paragon points. But..... there is this passive + Movement speed when dogs are around....>,>

Now everything is fine. Thanks for all the help. Looking at the charakter detail screen, let me find the error.
