I'd suggest trying to cut down on the number of stickies in this forum as well. The amount there is quite overwhelming for someone who is new and isn't quite sure what they're looking for. Also, it's a bit tedious to have to scroll past all of them every time. Perhaps similar ones can be consolidated, or all of them linked to from a new one.
