well if you manage to level to 90 in bgs only nowadays you'll surely be competitive in pvp then^^

But in a pvp scenario you'll end up making the enemy player immune to stuns on the very first charge you do x4... so not really that pvp viable.

since you'll pick dragon roar anyway it shouldn't be that big of a deal, aside from that charge roots the target in wod and warbringer replaces the root with a stun, until then charge -> piercing howl
