Having problem launching D3 Clients

I would like continue boxing d3, I can't skip new launcher for battle.net - gives me problem. diablo iii.exe and diablo iii launcher act the same. anyone?>

I launch WoW.exe without a problem, (no launcher, beeing installed ) but ones i want to play diablo it wants me to install new launcher

Okay, but did you install it? Because you have to install it in order to patch Diablo 3 and play...

yes i did, I used to play diablo before- It wont load up diablo straight to login screen but it goes through launcher.
