    I don't think the whole pet class trick applies to D3.

    That said, a WD would probably equal pretty lazy boosting, and might be safer for the boost-ee. I'll have to give it a try at some point.

    I did a cru / WD to 50 or so by making a level 1 game with the cru on torment 6, then inviting my level 60 monk/wiz. Somewhere after that keeping the cru/wd alive during boosting got hit-or-miss, so I turned down the difficulty and just played the 4 until they caught up. My 60's weren't geared out or anything though, ymmv.

    Wish I had realized this trick worked back when the EXP bonus was in effect. This is going to make experimenting with various combo's much quicker. The most painful part of making a strafe or ww team is leveling to the point where the play-style that inspired you to play the team is viable!
