Looking for games that are boxable based on the games license agreement? Pretty sure anything is boxable from a tech standpoint, it just depends on how much effort you want to put into it.

The latest post from Ughmahedhurtz reminds me of how much effort people are willing to put into geeky stuff.

The ISBOXER supported platforms list would be a good start for a list. However you have to ask yourself what your getting out of it in the end. Dragonnest is boxable, I do it, however the second character is just there for heals, taunts, cc for a moment while I basically solo the bosses. After leveling up the act isnt worth much. A full party of Sorcerers is full and the play is quite like Diablo, but its nothing like WoW for its ezmode.

That's asking a whole lot. I know I certainly don't have the time, money, download speeds or ambition to give every game out there a whirl, which is why the list only applies to standard "big-name" MMOs. On top of that, it has taken up to two months to get GM/Dev responses back on some of those games when it comes to the rules and multiboxing. And in some cases, those responses aren't exactly what I'd call "answers."

Generally when trying a new game, most people start with one client before investing deeper. That should provide you with enough information to determine if you think a game is worth boxing and provides the tools to box {follow, macros, etc}. A simple help ticket should answer the "allowed" question. Or you could search their message boards because it tends to be a pretty common topic these days.

As far as finding a game to begin with, there's threads popping up fairly regularly asking what people are playing. You could check those or post a thread asking for suggestions.

I regularly check this sight for upcoming games and games that can be played now. Try a game see if you like it and see if it is boxable. If ISboxer doesn't support a game you like there are other multiboxing programs that will work with most games out there.
