I've never found myself able to put any actual effort into a solo player Elder Scrolls game, but this MMO doesn't look much different. I will say that the mods that people have created for Skyrim are absolutely amazing, but I doubt this MMO will support that.

Some might argue that they don't want to play another MMO that "uses the same old tired mechanics", but honestly that doesn't really bother me and I almost prefer playing games that use a similar model that we've been playing all these years with tanks, healers, and DPS. It would be great if any of the newer MMOs could come out with something unique, but really, as long as environments, gear, and models continue to look better over time with these new games, I'll be okay with the same old system.

Now, everything I hear about this game (TESO) is terrible. What maybe bothers me even more is that they had a gigantic budget (rumored to be 200M) to make a killer game, but the game looks clunky and the environments look... bad. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I really haven't heard anything good about this game at all and it almost seems like they blew most of their budget on the voice acting; which is, needless to say, quite a let down.
