Trouble today in an instance

I was running my 4lock/ 1priest team through SFK today. I only realized it when I got to Odo, that my lowest lvl char (lock thats 2 lvls behind the others) had not gained ANY experience during the run. I relogged to see if it helped, but the others continued to advance to lvl 23, and the low lvl guy is still at 20 and .5 bar. I sent a ticket, but needed to log before i could get a response. The previous bunch of days, the xp came in normally including in the Wailing caverns instance.

The only difference in the accounts is that the low lvl guy is still on a guest pass. Anyone have any ideas?

Trial Account Restrictions
The following restrictions are placed on all Trial Accounts:

• A level cap of 20.
• A maximum of 10 gold.
• Trade skills are capped at 100 ranks.
• Inability to trade via the auction house, mailbox, or player-to-player.
• In-game chat channels will be unavailable.
• A limit on the number of tells that can be sent.
• Realms with login queues will give priority to customers with retail accounts.

I'm 90% sure that trial accounts cap at level 20...I think I read that somewhere in the dim and distant past but could be wrong.
