    You can only create 1 starter account per BNet unless that BNet has an active subscription.

    No need to set up starter accounts unless you actually want one, The accounts they can be linked anytime upto the 30 days free period so you don't have to worry about the trial limitations.

    But the RAF time will start from the date the accounts were made not the day they were linked.

    My point was that if he was creating e-mail accounts for BNet accounts, that he'd have to use refer-a-friend in order to create more than the single starter account on each BNet. He said he was doing testing, so I assumed he wanted trial accounts of some sort, not that he was ready to recruit 39 new accounts and jump right into uncharted territory.
