Hi D-B.com community! Still lurking in this site from time to time. How are People doing in arenas? Anyone running With 4 ele + healer in 5s?

Dispel mechanics dont allow this to be successful anymore, 99% double healer teams and one dispel=all flame shocks gone, the lava surge mechanic is also working against us plus thundersorm has a 10 sec dr which makes 4 useless since you cant use more than 2 effectively, although you could switch to the resto gear for swg aura mastery, still landing kills with hardcasting isnt easy these days.

I could see it work if ns eb earthsock fulmination would be a potential oneshot without needing much critluck but didnt try it

Did 2,1with 4 enhance pally yesterday and will stick to it at least for this xpac

I'd like to try eles but too busy atm perhaps in summer since wod isnt in beta i got some time

any class works in 2 if you just care about getting capped/win

There is a 5 hunter boxer about getting up ok with his great openers.


i done 4 dk's and a pally in arana and can get wins.


i find the 5 ques very slow though and its faster to do 2's

I am building a world pvp set of elemental gear, so far it has been fun for an offspec, but there are some huge limitations so far.

Would love to see someone actualy try ele shamans in 5s.

On avg LvB hits for 50-60k (critt) + ES hits roughly 30-40k, and EB hits for 30-40k non critt x 4 = 500k dmg, not counting in defensive CDs or the different walls classes have. BUT, With a mastery + critt build you could probably global someone. Might have to weave in Your pvp trinket to Clear all CCs of Your chars then yoloham People.

Unleashed eb with fulmination and stormlash should do fine for oneshot next season, full crit reforge ~40% eventually with monk 45% i guess it works, oneshot outside ascendance/lava bursts would be huge

Yeah would be fun to try out, basicly you are immune to fears. Grounding and WS is still boss. Windwalker for those pesky mage, and rogue teams. I might just do a comeback NeXT season

I'd gear at the end of this season though, with 20k+ catch-up points

the problem in 5s, imo, is mobility. It seems the current state of 5s make it incredibly difficult to hardcast. Can we use IWT to turn but not run towards a target? if so then there is hope, but without it will be hard to kill melee teams imo.
