    Simple question,do i need to pay 20 USD to get it worked?Please fast answer

    yes. please do not use eChecks... that way you pay fast, paypal authorizes fast and keyclone is activated fast

    (under 5 minutes for a response... not bad... some companies call-in support would keep you on hold for longer...)
