Eq, Octopus, Windows 8 possible?

I used Octopus in the past with dual boxing wow. It hasn’t been updated in a while I am noticing. I still tried to set it up for running 3 instances of EQ on a Windows 8 machine with dual monitors and I am not having much luck so far. Is this possible to even get to work? All I want to do is broadcast 1 to 10. Thanks in advance.

Couldn’t really find anything that answered my question in the FAQs unless I missed something.

I can confirm you can box it with IS Boxer.
I have no experience with Octopus.

Alge has a guide, that references MiRai's video, for setting up follow & assist from any window.
Firescue17 has an in depth guide to his setup, which is involved.

I'm basically using follow & assist.
Then have pet commands, for /pet attack and /pet qattack.
Some keys for everyone (except the Healer) nukes.
Other keys for selective stuff.
Not a whole lot of individual keybinds going yet... pretty basic setup.

I'm running:
Mage - DPS (Pet Tank (MT), Call of Hero, Malo, Pet Aura)
Mage - DPS (Pet Tank (OT), Damage Shield, Summoned Stuff)
Enchanter - DPS (Charmed Pet, Haste, Clarity Line, Slows, 2x Auras)
Wizard - DPS (Root, Ports/Evac)
Druid - Heals (Snare, HP/AC Buff, Wildfire Aura, Ports/Evac)
Bard - Utility (Puller, Melodies, Overhaste, Buffs, Selo's)
