Thread: An error

    Default An error

I've got on 1 PC 5 copies of WoW, so when I open them one by one I am sometimes getting an error "Could not connect to socket" on one or a few clients and they auto close after that. When I open them in different random order problem has the chance to be solved. Any ideas how to fix that?

My PC is Intel Core Duo 2.4 Ghz, GTX8800 768 mb, 2 gb ram, also I run 2 20 " monitors with horizontal span option enabled.

are you trying to open them all at the same time? if so, try staggering their start... see if that helps. choose each character before starting the next instance

Well I was opening like that: open one copy of WoW, wait untill it load and then open another one. Thanks for suggestion, didnt think about that actually ^^ I was mainly thinking that it was something with vid card so I didnt try to load each copy of wow further then password page.

After I come from work I am going to try that way, maybe even enter the game with the character before open the next copy of WoW.
