Id have to see the game or at least the team layout, but I can believe that someone guarding a resource with a large number of people is a soak of resources. Classic would be an AB game with 5 players at one resource.

To chime in with what everyone else said, it's the easiest thing to blame. You could have played perfectly and it wouldn't matter, your team could win the match and it still doesn't matter

BGs are full of knobs. That's the chief reason why people just don't like doing them. You multiboxing may as well be you fighting in middle, running away from a node or just being the wrong class at the wrong time. Whatever looks like a good place to vent for the knob crowd.
