Video Card Help

ok before i just go out and buy another video card im in need of some help please.
i could be very wrong but i think it is the end of this video card..

was playing wow running my 3 box team fps started getting bad on all toons 3-14 fps.
stopped playing a while check fan on the card was still running i turned my sytem off..
fired it up good 2 hrs later ran wow on single account 3-14 fps any video card settings.
addons off same thing when i play just one account i hit about 57-64...
ive uninstalled drivers and reinstalled the new ones and same thing...

any other suggestions what this could be ?

your numbers are not consistent - is it 3-14 or 57-64 on a single account?

Fullscreen or windowed? Stacked or multiple visible windows? Multiple screens?
What graphics settings on the accounts?
What resolution(s)?

before the issues were occuring on my single account i run between 57-64 depending on where im at in SW and peek times..
i found some of the issues apparently there was a half installment of an addon and user interface..
i am running two monitors my main screen resolution is 1920x1080
my main screen is fullscreen and the other screen have two small windows..
on my main account the slider for the in-game video settings is set to Good i have tried different settings.
the other accounts are set to fair as ive stated ive tried different settings.

now im having issues while running my team with my dk when i use an ability the game will freeze for a seccond..
and then continue and im getting some jittering like he will move foward an stop..
in the screen shot below im sitting still and my fps was captured at 49.8
when im moving around an such the drop do down into the 20s

Sounds like an outdated add-on.

ok ive unchecked all add-ons and played and this still winds up happening.
I got to looking at the in-game monitor down on by the help menu.
and when using my pally and casting like templers verdict frame rates drop to 7 and I get a split seccnd of video lag..
