PwnBoxer problem (please help)

Hey guys, so before I get scolded for using PwnBoxer, I bought it before I knew that there were much better ones out there. I've been using PwnBoxer for a little while, I'm using RaF with my two accounts to level up quickly. I've got two mages to 85, and my hunters are at 84, but recently I've had a problem that's preventing me from leveling them. I tried turning in a quest and it wouldn't let me pick up one of the items only on one character, normally I would just drop the quest, but it was worth quite a bit of experience so I decided to reset my UI to see if that would help. After resetting my UI and opening up PwnBoxer, the screens only open up this big. http://postimg.org/image/qeyq0trnr/ - it's very irritating and I've been waiting 3 days for a response on the PwnBoxer forums, but something's telling me they just don't care. Anyone have any input on this situation? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Is there any kind of a configuration file, which you can reset?
Could you re-run the team setup, to restore your previous configuration?

I'm not (and have never been) a Pwnboxer user, so don't have much insight unfortunately.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the program, but I still get the same issue. The fact that it started acting up as soon as I reset my UI seems like more than a coincidence. Could it be something to do with that?

I'd venture to say, yes.
But that doesn't get us closer to steps to solve the issue.

Have you tried reconfiguring the layout in Pwnboxer? Uninstalling doesn't always remove configs or preferences when you remove the program, so when you reinstalled it could just be reusing the old, messed up config.

Pwnboxer saves config files, so the OP may need to delete those as well.

I have deleted the config file and tried starting a new one from default several times. - I got PwnBoxer on my other computer (which is so slow it's unbearable) and it works fine, so I uninstalled PwnBoxer on this one and sent all of the PwnBoxer files (config and all) from my slow one to this one and still no luck. I did the same with WoW's WTF folder, Interface and Cache (in case me resetting the UI goofed something up). I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

I finally fixed it! It was set to run wow.exe and I changed it to wow64.exe - something that simple took me three days to figure out. Thanks for all of your help, guys! I genuinely appreciate it.
