First, those lists are gigantic and it's unnecessary to show us things like your case fans, OS, optical drives, etc. I realize it was easy to just copy and paste it all in here, but those really have nothing to do whether your system will be able to run 5 clients efficiently or not and just clutters things up by making the lists difficult to read.

We pretty much only need to see CPU, GPU, RAM, and PSU. Motherboard and any disks are secondary info. The rest can be thrown out.

Second, if you've got a $4,000 budget then you should be buying nothing except for the 6-core Intel system.

Third, why GTX 680s? The GTX 770s are just as powerful (if not more powerful), are available with 4GB of VRAM, and cost $100 less.

Fourth, I dislike buying the components from several different sites because if you're getting a low price from one site, but paying for tax and shipping, it might not actually be cheaper than if you were to order everything from one or two sites where you're not getting charged tax and/or shipping. I don't know if you were actually going to order your stuff from all those sites, but I figured that I would say this anyway.
