Merged realms, any quick ideas for switching between?

Now that my realm (mannoroth) has had the insignificant blood furnace appended to it I have ten more slots for multiboxing on my realm and to level up my guild (woot!). Is there a more elegant way to switch between realms than "repeater on, change realm, select realm"?

I don't think there's any other way to navigate through those screens without the mouse.
