yes im well aware about this thanks for the tip though!! it is a 2011 socketJust a note - the i7-4930K uses a different socket, so you can't just pop it in your existing motherboard. It can also use up to 64 gigs memory
which if i go this route i will be getting a different board..
and i may very well wait till after the new year ive not made a decision yet..
