I am beginning to start multiboxing again and planning on a team of 5 this time. My group combination considerations are;

Tank - Paladin
DPS - 2 SPriest
Heals - 2 Disc Priest

Tank - Paladin
DPS - Warlocks or Arcane Mages
Heals - Resto Druid

I am leaning toward #1 but would like any input. Maybe some suggestions on other combos that work and are not too difficult.
