New world pvp zone? will follow work? or is it the begging of the end for /follow in the open world? It SOUNDS like maybe some multiboxing PvP dream zone!! what ya'll think?

This is the part that has me the most excited. It seems like it's a mix of world pvp, bgs, and wintergrasp all at once.

I will definitely consider resubscribing a month or two prior to the expansion, so I can get reacquainted with my characters, and relearn how to play. They always release a patch just prior to the expansion, which has all of the expansion's changes, minus the new zone or levels, so that would definitely be the time to resub. It will definitely be interesting to come back after over a year off, so much has already changed, let alone a new expansion.

I have to admit that the trailer didn't excite me much. First time no new class/race and it just feels... weird. That said I'm still going to buy it and box it, of course.

this kind of erks me! A legendary quest line to be able to fly again? F That!

the second thing is we really like when flying feels like a reward and something you've earned for each new expansion or area. It's such a powerful ability and we look back at BC (at least for epic riding) or Wrath and those were really big keystone achievements for us as players (mainly because they had some pretty huge gold costs on them...). Regardless of the unlock method though it was one of the bigger moments when you unlocked flying, took to the skies, and were able to see the world from an entirely different vantage because for most of us it wasn't easily attainable. Our plan has been to recapture some of that but make it a bit cooler, and while we don't have specifics just yet, it'll be something more involved than just paying gold; something that further emphasizes how powerful flight is. Unlocking it won't just be level 100 on the day 6.1 comes out with some gold, but something you'll be working toward over the course of the initial expansion release, and 6.1 will introduce the final steps to complete it. Think of something like a mini Legendary cloak quest. It's such a enormous power to be able to fly we really want it to be more of a key moment when you unlock it, and something that feels like an accomplishment more than just shelling out some gold like we've had in the past.

Anyway, I felt like those two things were worth spelling out.

For people wanting to do ranked arena, it looks like grinding gear won't be required anymore:

• Trial of the Gladiator is the new Arena Ladder. It will concentrate queue times at certain times during the week, which will help higher rated people have others to play against and help to identify exploiters.
• Trial of the Gladiator also uses tournament rules. You can buy gear from a vendor and play, no need to grind up a set. PvE gear won't work in here!
• You will earn prestige rewards only from Trial of the Gladiator

I think as well they should allow more then one 90 per account lol. I know im greedy but hey i have tons over level 20-50 so haha.

Some interesting stuff in there, though as a PvE player, the mention of 6 dungeons on release has me a little worried. They seem to be doing less and less 5-man content each expansion and I'm not terribly interested in spending a ton of money on upgrading if what I see is all I get until the next expansion.

This is one thing that bothers me as well.. they have said this expansion that it takes too much work to do a new dungeon.. and that they could do 2 or more scenarios in the same time ( or somthing like that ) I think thats bull! But this expansion i never ran them all like some of you, i used my team mostly to help me quest faster ( skipping collection quests on all but main if they were the "one at a time" type ). So a bunch of dungeons or not, i like everything I have read/heard so far. Having more dungeons will be nice though.

Blizzard has never given a date for a new expansion when it's been first announced.

I was just saying the same thing to myself after grinding heroics for JP the last two days.
