hey guy we're not talking about illegal wiretapping, voyeur, or some kind of stalking. He lost his shit in the most hilarious way while streaming and I put up an excerpt of it. Just like the 100s of videos that came out of his ultimate rage which got him banned from twitch and made the whole boxing community look bad.

It's not because '100s of others' did it that it makes what you did more/less legit.

Not going to debate privacy/copyright/trademark law but come on, guy humiliates himself and brings down boxers in general, and I was supposed to get his consent? "Hey prepared the other night when you went on a rampant nerd rage for hours.... is it cool if I put up a youtube vid of it for laughs"?

And that justifies that it's put up for eternity on youtube, out of his control?
Same with the video in the OP: you ripped it and published it on your own channel.

If it was your 14y old daughter who showed her bra by accident I guess you'd be ok with it if videos would pop up everywhere?
