hey guy we're not talking about illegal wiretapping, voyeur, or some kind of stalking. He lost his shit in the most hilarious way while streaming and I put up an excerpt of it. Just like the 100s of videos that came out of his ultimate rage which got him banned from twitch and made the whole boxing community look bad.

It's not because '100s of others' did it that it makes what you did more/less legit.

Not going to debate privacy/copyright/trademark law but come on, guy humiliates himself and brings down boxers in general, and I was supposed to get his consent? "Hey prepared the other night when you went on a rampant nerd rage for hours.... is it cool if I put up a youtube vid of it for laughs"?

And that justifies that it's put up for eternity on youtube, out of his control?
Same with the video in the OP: you ripped it and published it on your own channel.

If it was your 14y old daughter who showed her bra by accident I guess you'd be ok with it if videos would pop up everywhere?

Well, I guess everybody better go and remove any videos or screenshots that include any content - visual, textual or otherwise that depicts any character{s}, name{s} or person{s} not their own from this site since as far as I know, we've not received any notarized wavers granting permission for their depictions, however incidental, in multiboxing-related content or context. This includes images depicting, but not limited to - PvP, PvE, Whispers, chat, email, PMs, in game email, external chat programs both verbal and textual, podcasts, quotes within posts from this site and external sites and any references or links to said content.

I'm sure we will also need to see copyright status and permissions for all images used in signatures, profile pictures, memes, etc as well as text content such as user names, user profiles, user posts, etc. Finally, we will need waivers from any loved ones, friends, relatives, guildmates, exes, coworkers, enemies or any other entity mentioned within this site stating that they understand they are mentioned in relation to a member of this site, past or present and approve of their depiction herein.

The original "come on, come on!" nerd rage video is back - version 2.0. I remade it as an original work with some extra stuff. I didn't quite have the tools or skill to make a techno remix but, I think it turned out well.

This, along with his complete meltdown later on, is why he is banned from using a mic.

Uhhhhh, how do you suppose he is going to level. Last expansion he leveled in AV. Being on such an alliance heavy server he will get uber camped any way he tries to level, atleast that I can think of.
