    Default Mouse broadcasting help

So I mistakenly purchased Pwnboxer(I didn't do enough research and I'm new to multi-boxing). I'd like to try and make it work, but since I have no support from the web site I'm coming here. Anyway, the software works ok with keybroadcasting, but I can't get the mouse to broadcast. I'm running 5 Hunters or 5 Death Knights. This problem really came to light when I obtained the Death n Decay spell. I can only get the primary window to get DnD to drop. I've tried keyboard shortcuts to replace the left mouseclik, I've tried several settings in Pwnboxer...nothing works. Does the window layout matter? Do all the windows have to be on a single monitor? I'd hate to have to call my bank and dispute this $47 charge over software that doesn't seem to function. Also, the Autofocus Game Window on Mouseover function doesn't work, either.

There's some support on www.multiboxing.com which redirects you to Tim's new site.
Also, in the past, if someone was really not happy with their purchase... he has refunded people.

I've never used Pwnboxer, but seem to recall that there are two broadcast methods.
Labelled 'Method 1' and 'Method 2'.
He always told people to use (forget which one), and that the other one was buggy but still in the build because he could use it to test for something.

I'd personally recommend taking a look at IS Boxer.
The mouse broadcasting is superb, and Lax really cares about his customer base.

Thanks for the info. The Pwnboxer website has no info on how to reach Tim, other than his main character name and the server he plays on. I created a level 1 toon on that server and tried to add him to my friends list, only to find his character name doesn't exist. If I can get the mouse broadcasting to work, this software will do everything I need it to do. I've heard ISBoxer is better, but I'll stick with what I've paid for if I can. If not, I'll switch.

Look, I totally understand that you'd like to stick with what you've paid for for now, but if you do end up switching at some point (for the sake of mouse broadcasting or whatever else), here's an old ass video I uploaded 2+ years ago that actually shows off the mouse broadcasting in ISBoxer. It was originally uploaded as a YouTube quality test, but I didn't delete it... for whatever reason.

A quick troll through his forums shows his recommended contact is in the emails they sent you when you registered, or just PM him on the forums with your registration email and he'll get back to you. If that doesn't work, then that's a support problem.

In your defense, a website that sells stuff but doesn't have a "contact" page showing you the various methods of getting in touch with the author/support team is pretty atrocious design, IMO.
