Looking for a simple way to make a follow/assist macro

okay well ell I don't understand how to make a macro that has them follow then auto assist the mains target

Is this for WoW?

/follow charactername
/assist charactername

You can also do things like
/follow Party1
and it follows whoever is party leader.

Probably even easier ways to do that depending on the software you are using, such as IsBoxer.

I am using hotkeynet. Okay so I could do a macro like
/follow name
/assist name
and that's all?
