WoW Patch 5.4... Are you ready?

The World of Warcraft Patch 5.4: Siege of Orgrimmar went live today! There are tons of changes and new features to entertain your multiboxing team. Here are just a few:

Timeless Isle:
Your multiboxing team can explore the Isle, find hidden treasure chests, attend special events, solve puzzles, and win prizes, like gear up to item level 535!

Siege of Orgrimmar Raid:
A new challenge for your multiboxing team -- a total of 14 bosses! There's also a new flexible raid mode with a difficulty set between Raid Finder and Normal.

Proving Ground:
Do your mulitboxing team members have something to prove? These solo instances test your abilities as a tank, healer, and so on.

Legendary Quest:
Wrathion's final quests are now available for those who want to take their multiboxing experience to the next level. Complete all the tasks to upgrade to a Legendary Cloak, which grants you account-wide special privileges.

The island was pretty fun as a multi-boxer. There are a number of places that you gain significant benefit in being in a group. In particular having a tank and healer helps quite a bit with various areas.

The final part of the legendary quest was pretty easy. I had 5xcloaks in a few hours. I haven't killed Ordos yet though, so that will be interesting.

One interesting note is that all quests and loot splashes to the entire team...even the trivia quest which I thought was amusing.

I have 2 separate groups and the trivia quest credit was still shared! Has to be a bug.

Yup, this happened to my wife and I had her switch to dx11 and it fixed the issue. Good call.
